Fatima Anwaar, Founder and Clinical and Counselling Psychologist, was the Chief Speaker in the session “Wellness Mastery: A Core Element of Academic Excellence”. This session was conducted on 5 November 2025 at Capital University of Sciences and Technology in collaboration with Volunteers in Service Directorate and Department of Bioinformatics and Biosciences, Capital University of Sciences and Technology.

The seminar provided a framework for what can impact academic and professional growth of a student, as well as the steps that they can take towards becoming better and stronger and more confident. The seminar also used actual instruments which are important for wellness mastery, and helped students to understand and empathize with themselves.

Participants appreciated the seminar and asked questions concerning wellness mastery, including how to cope with procrastination, stress management, loneliness, under-confidence, fear of public speaking, and expanding on how time management is to be completed.
